B: 16 oz. Cafe Mocha with SF Torani English Toffee syrup (going to skip Starbucks today and make my own) 120cal
L: 4 pieces of Sushi 160cal
D: parm talapia with sweet pepper sauce 240cal
Snacks: 100 cal snacks... to munch on to stay away during training today!!!

Sorry there was nothing friendly for you to eat...one reason we should always have a back up plan...I would have freaked, however my peeps freak now cause I'm the one that has to order our food for all meetings and guess what...I order healthy and wls friendly....no more crap on our campus...LOL
My plan of attack this friday....is to just not fall a sleep at work...was up waaaaaayyyy past my beauty sleep

MS-yogurt with mixed berries
Lunch-struggling there but will make a good choice
Dinner-left overs, Ribs, baked beans, and grilled veggies
Weekend plans...girls retreat to "Girls Gone Wine" just hoping all thunderstorms stay away from our fun...we will be in a cabin and then going to the GGW site for some shopping, wine tasting, and just plain fun....sooo looking forward to this fun filled weekend

Good morning!! Same old stuff for me-Corbin got several days of beef and chicken cooked/cut/measured/bagged-ready to grab..he really gets in the way of his mom's EXCUSES...2 oldest grandkids (14 and 12) coming for weekend-we usually order pizza when they come-I'm changing that this time-will give them cash and they can walk around the corner to FasTaco. I'm not feeling strong enough to have pizza in the house-esp with big Halloween party tomorrow night and all the temptations THAT will bring.

L: Beef patty/WF bbq sauce/salad/WF asian dsg
S: Apple
D: Chicken/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg
E: 45-60 min power walking (NOT to FasTaco)

Took the day off today to be with my daughter, Vivian. She's up early this morning and already running all over the house. We have plans to go to Houston's Downtown Aquarium, we might even try to make it to the Children's Museum too.
I just went to the Aquarium and check out the menu so that I can make a healthy/mindful food choice for lunch. For me it just works best if I plan a little, so that i don't the the "food craziness" when I'm there.
Today's Plan:
-Vitamins
- Walk the dog
- Lots of water
- Trip to Post Office
- Pay Bills
- Fun w/ Vivian

I've worked from home this week vs. traveling. It's been nice to be able to post more and keep myself honest!
B: I straying from my normal 2 boiled eggs. Doing a protein bar with
my French roast coffee (love, love, love my Keurig)
L: black crunchy grapes with cheese
D: chicken chili
S: maybe yogurt with cereal. I bought some Greek yogurt that I need
play with.

Lunch: Ordering pizza in the office - we have "work day" nationwide planned today - there are about 5 of us getting together to order pizza - I INSISTED ON THE THIN CRUST: :)
Dinner: Nothing planned there - Oh but I have leftovers from yesterday's lunch? 1% cottage cheese and parm garlic tilapia........oven baked.....
I Know that this is not a GREAT plan........but it is is a start for me......
