October Accountability Friday!!

TGIF!!!!!  Is everyone ready for the weekend???  I am!  Have to spend another boring day at training today but that means I get off work earlier then usual so it's all good!  They ended up providing lunch for us and will today as well.  However, yesterday it was sandwiches from a local deli... don't do bread and hate lunch meat!!!!  Today is suppose to be pasta and well you guessed it I don't do pasta!!!  My band buddy just doesn't tolerate those things... so I have been munching on a sushi roll for the past few nights so I am going to take the rest of that for lunch today.

Plan:
B: 16 oz. Cafe Mocha with SF Torani English Toffee syrup  (going to skip Starbucks today and make my own)  120cal
L: 4 pieces of Sushi   160cal
D: parm talapia with sweet pepper sauce   240cal
Snacks:  100 cal snacks... to munch on to stay away during training today!!!

What's your plan?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Good morning Paige! Yes, Happy TGIF to you as well!! I've been training a temp for our Shipping/Receiving dept all week and everyone keeps mistaking her for me...lol!! A boost to my ego because she's tall, thin, and in her 20's! Poor girl must be thinking she looks like ****z..lol!!!

Morning Paige...
Sorry there was nothing friendly for you to eat...one reason we should always have a back up plan...I would have freaked, however my peeps freak now cause I'm the one that has to order our food for all meetings and guess what...I order healthy and wls friendly....no more crap on our campus...LOL

My plan of attack this friday....is to just not fall a sleep at work...was up waaaaaayyyy past my beauty sleep

b-protein coffee
MS-yogurt with mixed berries
Lunch-struggling there but will make a good choice
Dinner-left overs, Ribs, baked beans, and grilled veggies

Weekend plans...girls retreat to "Girls Gone Wine" just hoping all thunderstorms stay away from our fun...we will be in a cabin and then going to the GGW site for some shopping, wine tasting, and just plain fun....sooo looking forward to this fun filled weekend

Good morning!! Same old stuff for me-Corbin got several days of beef and chicken cooked/cut/measured/bagged-ready to grab..he really gets in the way of his mom's EXCUSES...2 oldest grandkids (14 and 12) coming for weekend-we usually order pizza when they come-I'm changing that this time-will give them cash and they can walk around the corner to FasTaco. I'm not feeling strong enough to have pizza in the house-esp with big Halloween party tomorrow night and all the temptations THAT will bring.

B: Click (hot)-already in, green tea

L: Beef patty/WF bbq sauce/salad/WF asian dsg

S: Apple

D: Chicken/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

E: 45-60 min power walking (NOT to FasTaco)

it is going to be a loooonggg day! Starts early and will be heavy physical work so loading up energy food for work! Stockboy hasn't started yet!

no thought on dinner yet

Go out and make it agreat day or fake it!! I'm gonna make it!

Good Morning!  Yesterday despite my stress I made it through all liquids so that is my plan again today!!  Now to ust get the excercise in the mix!!

So it is:
B Click
L ham and cheese soup
AS protein drink
D sausage and pumpkin soup (5 day pouch test)
S sf jello or popsicle

LOTS of water and my vitamins of course!

 Good Morning All - 

Took the day off today to be with my daughter, Vivian.  She's up early this morning and already running all over the house.  We have plans to go to Houston's Downtown Aquarium, we might even try to make it to the Children's Museum too.  

I just went to the Aquarium and check out the menu so that I can make a healthy/mindful food choice for lunch.  For me it just works best if I plan a little, so that i don't the the "food craziness" when I'm there.  

Today's Plan:
-Vitamins
- Walk the dog
- Lots of water
- Trip to Post Office
- Pay Bills
- Fun w/ Vivian

I've worked from home this week vs. traveling.  It's been nice to be able to post more and keep myself honest!

B:  I straying from my normal 2 boiled eggs.  Doing a protein bar with 
     my French roast coffee (love, love, love my Keurig)
L:  black crunchy grapes with cheese
D:  chicken chili
S:  maybe yogurt with cereal.  I bought some Greek yogurt that I need
     play with.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE !!


Here's my plan - such as it is..


B - Atkins shake......

Snack - coffee ??? does that count -  it is   decaffeinated !!  :) 

Lunch:  Ordering pizza in the office -  we have "work day" nationwide planned today - there are about 5 of us getting together to order pizza - I INSISTED ON THE THIN CRUST:   :)

Dinner:  Nothing planned there - Oh but I have leftovers from yesterday's lunch?   1% cottage cheese and parm garlic tilapia........oven baked.....

I Know that this is not a GREAT plan........but it is is a start for me......
