Friday's QOTD
1. Do you like to cook or bake? Both
2. Do you like carbs or sweets? Prefer the salty stuff
3. Do you like plain water or flavored water Plain
4. Do you like tea or coffee Uh, well, when I roll up to the drive-thru at SBUX, they say, "Hi Jill...how many today" ...iced tea ALLLLLLL day/night long!
5. If you drink protein what is your favorite brand and flavor Don't love it so don't drink it unless forced to!
6. Rangers........OR ......Yankees...... Baseball isn't my FAV, but, I do like watching. Sooo, with those two teams, Rangers ANY DAY. HATE the Yankees!!!
7. For all you peeps that cook, my Mr. Wonderful had one thing to heat up in my Lab aka Kitchen last night and he nearly burned our home down by scorching my green beans on the stove....Does anyone know how to remove this nasty nasty burnt smell that fills our home??? any and all suggestions are welcomed...and YES Mr. Wonderful is banned from my lab......
I use a candle company called Gold Canyon Candles that you can get online. They have one called "Fresh Orange" which is supposed to help with smells. I absolutely CANNNNNNOT stand the smell of bacon in my house after having to cook it. OMG, that smell lingers sooo long. I usually light that candle while cooking and if I do so, no smell. If I forget, I am reminded the next time I go downstairs which then prompts me to light that sucker up and within a few hours, it's gone. Only the Fresh Orange one sucks up those cooking smells though. They have tons of scents, but that one is designed to absorb cooking disasters.
OH...you and QVC too? That UPS guy knows we watch that station a lot!!!

We have a guard Siamese cat who thinks she's a dog. As much as she sees/hears the UPS man, you'd think she'd quit growling!
The Q's not the same anymore to me. I guess the price of gold and silver has really cut their jewelry inventory. Just how many $250 purses can one girl need??? And $25 bubble bath? I will admit that I'm a converted Wen girl...Lavender and Almond Mint. I no longer have a gazillion hair products for hair that at its longest is about an inch and a half! But I do cross shop on eBay for the tried and true Q products. BE, Smash Box, Laura Geller, Dennis Basso, Marc Bouwer, Chloe Dao, Tacori, Keurig cups and find a deal here and there. Talk about a cross addiction! ;)
