I am with George.  I am printing this one.  I really like #3, 4, 7, 18, 24, and 34.  I think they will help me the most.  Thank you for sharing.

They listed brushing your teeth in Women's Health recently. They said that is supposed to be a really good trick. It changes the taste in your mouth so more than likely you won't want to eat whatever you wanted on top of the toothpaste taste!

Great ideas!  I haven't posted or logged on in a long time.  I have had some health issues too and seem my weight creep up.  I went to the doctor and he was very supportive but every day is a battle of its own kind.

I am almost 4 years post op, never quite got to my goal and gained weight in the last 7 months.  My doctor says it isn't as bad as I see it but it feels awful.  I have battled with vertigo since a concussion in February.  After many specialists, it is improving and I am just now able to safely get on my treadmill.  Now I am working on breaking the bad habits of comfort foods which really aren't comforting at all.  I am working at getting back on track.

I like the list of ideas of what to do instead of snacking.

Katy, there's a private OH group call the "Mainstayers" for people that are over 2 years post-op and who are struggling  with maintaining or a little regain.  Contact Paige for an invite (see the accountability thread).
