Great ideas! I haven't posted or logged on in a long time. I have had some health issues too and seem my weight creep up. I went to the doctor and he was very supportive but every day is a battle of its own kind.
I am almost 4 years post op, never quite got to my goal and gained weight in the last 7 months. My doctor says it isn't as bad as I see it but it feels awful. I have battled with vertigo since a concussion in February. After many specialists, it is improving and I am just now able to safely get on my treadmill. Now I am working on breaking the bad habits of comfort foods which really aren't comforting at all. I am working at getting back on track.
I like the list of ideas of what to do instead of snacking.
