The Journey
I make protein Ice Cream in my magic bullet.
One scoop Chocolate protein powder
One cup Hood's Calorie Countdown Chocolate dairy product (Walmart)
2-3 frozen strawberries
1 tsp SF coconut syrup (Torini's)
Mix in bullet and freeze overnight. I let it melt for approx 1 hour then re-blend in bullet until creamy like a frostie from Wendy's.

OMG! That sounds sooooo good! I have a blender that I purchased from QVC. Guess I need to blow the dust off of it and give this a try. Thanks!

Just getting back to read again, Lynne. The bites are awesome. It does make a fairly large quantity, I PMed Shelley about them early on and asked about freezing them. What she suggested is to not overcook them, just enough to set them so you can freeze and warm them up later and don't lose the moisture.
I'm going to make some this weekend also so I can be better prepared for breakfast next week.
