October Accountability Thursday

 It's not that I have trouble finding things to eat per say at a restaurant... but I do have anxiety eating out with people other then my family!!!  They understand if I get up and run the bathroom... co workers not so much!!!

My go to restaurant...any mexican food
fast food..same as above or wendys chili
menu item stay away from baked anythingtends to be dry stick with grilled
I stay away from pasta, never has liked me since surgery

plan for the day

cheerios w/mootopia
celery w/pb
meal bar
protein drink
quaker bar
lunchable
dinner--thing fruit yogurt and a quesadilla

Go out and make it a great day or just fake it!! Today I am gonna make it GREAT!! Feel it in my bones, or is that the flexaril!! Hee hee hee!!

Yeah when it comes to fast food... Wendy's chili is pretty much my go to food!

Plan? What is that? That is one of my goals for the next few weeks is to start planning better!

B - left over hamburger patty from last night's dinner out
L - soup
D - chicken enchiladas

And lots of ice -as always. My blood tests will be back in a few days and we shall see how anemic I am these days!

There are days I feel the same way!!!  It would be so easier if I didn't have to think about a plan everyday!!!  But in the end it helps me stay on track!

Good morning sunshine !! :)

What are your go to foods or restaurants when you have to eat out?
Red Lobster - Fish, catfish - when I go here - I just tell the waiter/waitress NOT to bring me the biscuits - if I have others at my table - when the bread gets there - I just simple ask them to put it out of my reaching distance :)
Steak Place - or anywhere I can get a steak and veggies - sort of thing -
Mexican Food: fajitas........:) I know - not a good choice....but I'm working on the eating out thing....I do too much of that....


TODAY'S PLAN:

B - - Braums FF Cherry Van Yogart - 2 bites and to the trash.......too much aftertaste !!
Banana -

Lunch: Parmesean & garlic - tilapia - I made this.......oven broiled so to speak in my NU Wave Oven: ) 1%

Snack: nothing planned - I know thats not good - but if needed - I'll have some cottage cheese...

Dinner: leftover tilapia -I made 4 pieces - enough for dinner tonight too !!
1% cottage cheese.............

I do have an Atkins shake with me too...............so that might fit in somewhere...:)
