October Accountability Thursday

Good morning!!!  I can almost see the weekend!!!!  Going to be spending the next two days at a training with 2 co workers which means lunch out!  That always makes me nervous because eating out is not something I do well... it usually means soup or Mexican food! Those are about the only things I can eat at a restaurant.  

What are your go to foods or restaurants when you have to eat out?

My plan...

B: Starbucks skinny latte
L: ???  soup maybe
D: Talapia
Snacks:  100 cal snack, RS bar

What's your plan?  The choice is yours so make it a good one!

Morning "precious" I can sooooo smell the weekend around the corner....looking forward to my weekend!
Tonight me and the Teen daughter are going to see Maroon 5 in concert and we both can hardly wait...keep a little prayer that she comes home with little to know homework tonight....LOL 

Like you paige I too get a little nervous when going out to eat cause I love to eat out..LOL  normally like you I either eat an appetizer, soup, or share my meal with someone, I always ask that first when we sit down to eat, even my co-workers know that I might be asking ...LOL

My plan of action day....
B-yogurt with mixed berries
L-1 chicken encilada with a small green salad
S-Akins protein drink chocolate latte
Dinner-McDonalds, sf nf vanilla latte (this is on the way to the concert) I will have meat and cheese roll ups in my Mary Poppin's bag...

Good morning! I can eat most anywhere. Few places won't have a chicken breast of some kind-even if it's not on the menu that way. I do try to avoid things like Chinese buffets, but, if that's what the group wants, I'll go and just drink hot tea and steal something off someone else's plate. Last night we went to Uno's in downtown FtWorth-had lots of FAB looking stuff on menu, but I was a good girl and had chicken chop citrus salad-and only ate half of it-and no bread. I felt so holy-and couldn't wait to tell Y'ALL! Back to regular stuff today....

L: Chicken breast/salad greens/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

D: Beef patty/WF bbq sauce/salad/WF hney dijon dsg

S: Apple

E: 45-60 minutes power walking

Morning!  So glad it's Thursday, but still have 3 days of work ahead of me to get done.   At least it's almost over.

My plan for today:
protein coffee
Atkins shake or Click
100+ oz. liquids
chef salad w/ lf dressing for lunch
chicken & broccoli slaw stir fry for dinner

I don't usually have that much problem at restaurants but do eat salad w/ meat or fajitas much of the time.  Every once in a while I eat something fried but not often.  I eat out for lunch or dinner once or twice a week.  Most of that is a salad.  Last week Ben and I went to Pei Wei and I ate about a cup of food and chunked the rest.  I, like Gina don't do buffets often...they're a waste of money!

Yup I stay far away from the buffets too!!!!  I love the lettuce wraps at Pei Wei!

Good morning ladies!  Go to foods huh?   Anything baked, grilled or blackened works well for me!  I've never been big on fried foods, unless it's shrimp or fish(I prefer something with a light batter).  I've never cared for fried chicken or chicken fried steak/chicken because I don't like thick crust.  However, when I eat Mexican food, I will have the occasional quesadillas but only because I eat out with co workers and most don't know I've had surgery.  I like quesadillas because they give you about 6 of them and I can eat 2 and it doesn't look as bad as when I get fajitas or carnitas and it looks like I didn't even touch my plate.  Yesterday, I took a new employee out to lunch and I had the spinach & chicken quesadillas on whole wheat tortillas(they were yummy)!  About 50% of the time when I eat out, I have a salad w/ chicken, salmon, or steak in it.

S: grapes
L: salad w/ turkey pcs
S: yogurt
D: Got a pkg of Swai fish fillets in the freezer, thinking about baking those with some veggies

I love quesadilla's but I can't eat them everywhere... they have to be fairly crispy as I don't do well with tortilla's.  Usually my go to Mexican food is nachos or fajitas with the tortilla.
