Tonight me and the Teen daughter are going to see Maroon 5 in concert and we both can hardly wait...keep a little prayer that she comes home with little to know homework tonight....LOL
Like you paige I too get a little nervous when going out to eat cause I love to eat out..LOL normally like you I either eat an appetizer, soup, or share my meal with someone, I always ask that first when we sit down to eat, even my co-workers know that I might be asking ...LOL
My plan of action day....
B-yogurt with mixed berries
L-1 chicken encilada with a small green salad
S-Akins protein drink chocolate latte
Dinner-McDonalds, sf nf vanilla latte (this is on the way to the concert) I will have meat and cheese roll ups in my Mary Poppin's bag...

Good morning! I can eat most anywhere. Few places won't have a chicken breast of some kind-even if it's not on the menu that way. I do try to avoid things like Chinese buffets, but, if that's what the group wants, I'll go and just drink hot tea and steal something off someone else's plate. Last night we went to Uno's in downtown FtWorth-had lots of FAB looking stuff on menu, but I was a good girl and had chicken chop citrus salad-and only ate half of it-and no bread. I felt so holy-and couldn't wait to tell Y'ALL! Back to regular stuff today....

chicken & broccoli slaw stir fry for dinner
I don't usually have that much problem at restaurants but do eat salad w/ meat or fajitas much of the time. Every once in a while I eat something fried but not often. I eat out for lunch or dinner once or twice a week. Most of that is a salad. Last week Ben and I went to Pei Wei and I ate about a cup of food and chunked the rest. I, like Gina don't do buffets often...they're a waste of money!
