I would like to join also.  I am just 3 lbs to my surgeon's goal.  (I think I want an extra 10 for "cushion", but I don't know if that is realistic)

Hello,  I am interested in joining this group.  I am three years out and reached goal about 1.5 years ago.  I am always interested in help in maintenance because like all others I have the fear of regain.
