October Accountability Tuesday

Better late than never. 

I love zumba too and have access to it 2 days a week.  Sometimes work gets in my way also, but I love getting to go every chance I get.  I've been doing it on a steady basis for 2 months now and it's great cardio exercise.  I walk one or two days a week.  I wish I had time to walk every day of the week, but if I get in 4 days of exercise I'm good with that!

My food for today:
protein coffee
McD's sf iced vanilla coffee
veggie salad w/ chicken for lunch
baked flounder and a few bites of potato for dinner
