October Accountability Tuesday
Good morning!!!! The good news... we are one step closer to the weekend!! lol I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. I got home later then I had thought so I didn't make it to the Zumba class... but hopefully tomorrow night! Who exercises as part of their plan? What is your exercise of choice?
I LOVE Zumba when I can get to class, otherwise I am walking/running.
My plan for the day...
B: Believe
L: Nachos in a bowl/5 multigrain tortilla chips
D: Soup
Snacks: SF frozen fruit bar, SF pudding

Good morning Paige! Ughh.. yesterday was drama on the VSG board and I was right smack in the middle of it! I refused to blow rainbows and sunshine up someone's arse because they are on their 2nd WLS in 2 years. They originally had the band(no slippage, no issues). They just didn't like the fact that they lost 13lbs in 4 months and she admitted that it was probably her own fault and she didn't want to put forth the effort, so she got the sleeve. Well, she's lost 30lbs in over a year with the sleeve, only comes on the board to ask for "support" when she continues to gain, admits that she eats a bunch of ****z and I'm supposed to pat her on the back and say it's okay, tomorrow is another day?? OMG, and we have someone who happily pointed out that she has an Advanced degree in Psychology and that "tough love" doesn't work. I've never had to block someone, but she's working on being my first..lol!
B: protein smoothie(bought some frozen fruit and it's yummy in my shakes)
S: apple
L: Pozole(will be my last bowl) I get burnt out easily
S: grapes
D: baked chicken w/ peas

Sorry Paige, I got lost in the part about having a great day yesterday and didn't see you had a question... I walk my doggies everyday for about 20 minutes in the morning and I walk/run on my treadmill for about 45 minutes 3-4 days per week.

Sorry Paige, I got lost in the part about having a great day yesterday and didn't see you had a question... I walk my doggies everyday for about 20 minutes in the morning and I walk/run on my treadmill for about 45 minutes 3-4 days per week.
Honey I deal with this same thing at work. There is a woman who has a sleeve and doesn't understand why she is gaining. She blames it on her new job. Truth of the matter, she eats macaroni&cheese and pop tarts for lunch, her cubby is full of bags of chip and candy, and the other day ate most of a box of Godiva chocolates. She told me she had the VSG so she didn't have to give up any of her favorite foods and she could eat what she wanted. Does all her protien by drinking 2 bullets mixed with gatorade a day (not even sf gatorade). I just keep my mouth shut and walk away from it!

Morning Paige, gotta tell you I love this post, I guess I'm getting back into all the accountability phase and I LOOOVE it~
I do try to exercise but I have found that most of my friends are not and going to the gym by myself is just not for me; I do try to walk with my friend however she has now started walking at 430 and this precious princess can not get up that early..LOL I will today try and get in some kind of 30 mins worth of exercise..
My tuesday plan of attack....
B-protein drink
MS-pear
Lunch-Lean Cusien not sure which one yet
AS-yogurt with berries
Dinner-Chicken & Veggies Quesidilla
Dessert-SF chocolate Pudding
Meds, Vits, and water will be comsumed during the day as well..
