October Accountability Monday

I'm hoping I have the time to follow my plan today all the way through.

B- protein drink
L: Greek yogurt with flaxseed granola mixed in
D: Taco salad with salsa- no dressing
Snacks- low fat string cheese, Pure Protein bar

E- 4.5 mile run with weights focusing on arms and shoulders

Good morning,

Weekends just go by to quickly, my plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF Jelly
L: Chicken Salad with 1/2 oz of light chips
D; Steak with mixed veggies, 1/4 c of potatoes
S; 100 cal snack of something

64 oz of liquids which I am struggling with.
