Good morning! I'm glad for the structure of the weekdays-it makes it easier for me to stay on track, eating wise. Corbin walked without me yesterday. I had fallen asleeep on the couch, and he thought I might have another headache, and didn't want to bother me, so he went without me. Of course, I could have gone alone, when I woke up..but..did I???....my bad....Today is a new day and will have bettter outcomes!

Paige, THANKS again, for this great post. It does wonders for my accountability.
Had a great weekend. Did some walking at the park and got some well deserved R&R. For external motivation I also managed to get myself a work out top and a pair of great work out pants that I'm looking forward to using this week.

Well I've been doing OA Meetings for a little over a year and I have to admit that it's taken a little getting used to. When I walked in to my first meeting, I was hoping for a "quick fix", but OA doesn't work that way. It takes patience and it's very spiritual, which was especially hard for me, but over the past year I've learned to like it.
You know since my WLS two years ago, I've learned alot about myself. One thing is for sure, the more support for me, the better. I'm willing to do what ever I need to do to be healthy.

This is day one for me so I have a protein bar as it usually takes a few days of my liquids before I get to all liquids (which is why I do oatmeal the first day)
