Good Morning!!!  As usual the weekend went by way to fast but it was wonderful just the same!  This will be a busy week for me at work full of meetings and trainings which can make lunch difficult so I will need to be proactive starting on Wednesday.  Went for a great walk/run yesterday at a local park but decided I need to know how far I'm going so I went and got a pedometer and I'm anxious to try it out tonight!

L: chicken/cauliflower chowder
D: Talpia and veggie
Snacks:  100 cal bar, SF fudge bar

Good Morning Paige!  Let me know how your pedometer works out for you.  I've bought quite a few from Academy and they all turned out to be junk.  They either malfunctioned or were way off track.

Good morning! I'm glad for the structure of the weekdays-it makes it easier for me to stay on track, eating wise. Corbin walked without me yesterday. I had fallen asleeep on the couch, and he thought I might have another headache, and didn't want to bother me, so he went without me. Of course, I could have gone alone, when I woke up..but..did I???....my bad....Today is a new day and will have bettter outcomes!

D: Beef patty/WF bbq sauce/salad/WF ranch onion dsg

what is "WF" dressing and " WF" BBQ sauce?

I believe the WF stands for Walden Farms. They make wonderful dressings and sauces that are sugar freee, fat free,gluten free, calorie free and anything else you can think of free!! They are just flavor in a bottle!!

My first plan of action, now that I found my acct information for OH is to register for the OH event..YIPPPEEEEEE-

L-grilled chicken salad

D-I need to work on this one; everyone is kinda everywhere tonight so not real sure right now~

 Good Morning Ladies,

Paige, THANKS again, for this great post. It does wonders for my accountability.

Had a great weekend.  Did some walking at the park and got some well deserved R&R.  For external motivation I also managed to get myself a work out top and a pair of great work out pants that I'm looking forward to using this week.

Today's Plan:
- Vitamins
- Water (lots of it)
- Healthy/Planned Meals
- OA Meeting
- Exercise
- Sleep

Hi Kathy,

Well I've been doing OA Meetings for a little over a year and I have to admit that it's taken a little getting used to.  When I walked in to my first meeting, I was hoping for a "quick fix", but OA doesn't work that way.  It takes patience and it's very spiritual, which was especially hard for me, but over the past year I've learned to like it. 

You know since my WLS two years ago, I've learned alot about myself.  One thing is for sure, the more support for me, the better.  I'm willing to do what ever I need to do to be healthy.

Good Morning! OK, got my plan in place to start jump starting everthing so it is liquids for me today!

B: oatmeal with one scoop cinnamon roll protein powder
L: ham and cheese soup (5 day pouch test)
D: Protein drink
S: sf jello; sf pudding, ck broth

This is day one for me so I have a protein bar as it usually takes a few days of my liquids before I get to all liquids (which is why I do oatmeal the first day)

E: walk when I get home from work
