October Accountability Sunday
Good Morning TMB,
Looks like everyone is up & actively posting this morning.![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/cool2.gif)
I was up early and met up with my gal pal for an amazing walk at Memorial Park. The weather is amazing and I'm enjoying the outdoors. Beats my treadmill, for sure!
Today's Plan:
- Exercise
- Vitamins
- Lots of Water
- Picnic for lunch
- R & R
Have a great day all,
Lisa

I'm making White Chili today...chicken breasts, white beans, roasted green Hatch chili (canned, found at WalMart!). I'm not traveling with my job this week so that'll be lunch most days.
B: boiled egg with Tabsco, dark roast coffee
L: White Chili
D: baked chicken with roasted butternut squash
S: apple slices with gouda
The dinner party last night? A long lost friend was there. I haven't seen her since my surgery. After she picked herself off the floor, she told me that she made my favorite cake...Hummingbird (sorta like Italian cream but with pineapple). I treated myself to a sliver. It was good! Here's what I'm finding. If there's something I want, I eat a bite or two. I do worse if that monster keeps calling my name and I get crazy in the head about it. It's scarey territory, though. It's relearning how to eat. Head hunger still haunts me. I still can't keep dangerous trigger food in the house. Sorry, hubby! I look forward to seeing Connie Stapleton at the OH conference. She became my hero last year. She walks the walk!

My health. My responsibility. This day. Every day.
