October Accountability Saturday

VSG on 09/02/08 with
B: bowl of cereal with FF Smart Balance milk (my newest find, very yummo, with omega 3's, too! And longer expiration date)
L: beef jerky and small handful of cashews (cashews are my holy grail for prevention of constipation)
D: dinner party at a friends' home - salad, chicken Marsala, unknown dessert.  I'm taking a dried beef baked dip that is very high protein - cream cheese, sour cream, beef, topped with chopped pecans.  For dessert, a bite from my husband's plate!

Tomorrow?  Chicken breasts baked with sundried tomatoes and bacon and white chili for the week.
My health.  My responsibility. This day.  Every day.

Ok, got called in to work as a sitter tonight at work so since I will be needing to stay awake I am going to get my plan together for next week and get back to tracking everything....so that is my plan.

Glad to be ableto walk this am though my ankle is not agreeing. But Paige we need to get the kids out walking more for sure!!

Ok, while you are all sleeping I will be getting together my plan!!! (I hope my patient sleeps like they say she will)
