Morning Paige. I'm up fairly early for a Saturday, but did get about 8 hours sleep, which I needed. I'll be tailgating today, so don't know all the choices. I know I'll eat some "bad" food, but I usually don't go hog wild.
I'm getting in my 100+ oz.liquids
having protein coffee now and may throw in Atkins later if needed
1 pig in blanket pre-game
hamburger patty when tailgating post game
spinach and Chuys dip and some chips
spicy crackers
spice molasses cookies
marinated cheese
I'm taking my vits and supplements right now.
I know this is some of what will be at our tailgate party after the game.

Not sure about my food choices today either. I too like Karla will make a few not so great choices. I am taking my youngest son and his GF to the Fair. I hope to walk my legs off there. LOL I am about to go walking at a walking trail in just a minute also. So lots and lots of walking for me today and it sounds like you will get lots in too.

Good morning! My "food plan" may not be as EXACT as usual, but will include 2 protien, 2 fruits, 2 veggies and lots of green tea and water-am on my 2nd huge cup now. Am going to be a sub in GAYE's Keno group today-no idea what will be served-food wise-but will make it work-or not eat-and will take fruit in my purse for "dessert".
Will be walking with Corbin extra hard this evening-felt badly yesterday and didn;t get it done-so I ow him-and ME some extra mileage
Working on my vitamins..it's gonna be a GREAT day!!

I'm going to go shopping for some essential clothes. I can't keep my old ones after losing 43 lbs!
