October Accountability Saturday

Good morning!!!  Way to early for me this Saturday morning but my 9 year old and I are headed to the Walk from Obesity here in Houston!  Not sure what the rest of the weekend may bring but I'm thinking I might try and talk my husband into going to the Renaissance Festival tomorrow!  It's suppose to be a beautiful weekend here so why need to take advantage of it!

Plan:
B: Starbucks Lite Vanilla Latte
L:taco soup
D: Cauliflower crust pizza (I've said this the last 3 days and still haven't made it)
Snacks: SF pudding, 100 cal bar

What is your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Morning Paige.  I'm up fairly early for a Saturday, but did get about 8 hours sleep, which I needed.  I'll be tailgating today, so don't know all the choices.  I know I'll eat some "bad" food, but I usually don't go  hog wild.

I'm getting in my 100+ oz.liquids
having protein coffee now and may throw in Atkins later if needed
1 pig in blanket pre-game
hamburger patty when tailgating post game
spinach and Chuys dip and some chips
spicy crackers
spice molasses cookies
marinated cheese

I'm taking my vits and supplements right now.

I know this is some of what will be at our tailgate party after the game.

 Morning Paige,

Not sure about my food choices today either.   I too like Karla will make a few not so great choices.   I am taking my youngest son and his GF to the Fair.    I hope to walk my legs off there.   LOL  I am about to go walking at a walking trail in just a minute also.    So lots and lots of walking for me today and it sounds like you will get lots in too.

Good morning ladies! Glad I was able to make the walk this morning Paige, it was good seeing you gals! Hopefully hubs will not have to work too much longer and we can head to the festival. I've never been so it'll be a nice change.

Girl, I didn't win a thing and they had some really cool prizes.  2 weeks with a personal trainer, free massage envy certs, free wknd car rentals, 4 tickets to the Texans, etc.  Quite a few people were multiple winners(makes you think someone didn't shake up the bowl very well).  Oh well, it was fun watching everyone else win....NOT, LOL!  Hubs didn't get home till 2:30 so we decided to do the festival next weekend.  I got free tickets from a co worker but they don't expire till next month.  Hope you enjoy the rest of your wknd!

Good morning! My "food plan" may not be as EXACT as usual, but will include 2 protien, 2 fruits, 2 veggies and lots of green tea and water-am on my 2nd huge cup now. Am going to be a sub in GAYE's Keno group today-no idea what will be served-food wise-but will make it work-or not eat-and will take fruit in my purse for "dessert".

Will be walking with Corbin extra hard this evening-felt badly yesterday and didn;t get it done-so I ow him-and ME some extra mileage

Working on my vitamins..it's gonna be a GREAT day!!

Good morning all!  I knew the Obesity walk was sometime in Oct but I was so busy I didn't look into it. I'll do some extra walking today.  I wasn't able to post yesterday b/c I was @ the hospital all day doing clinicals with my students so my phone doesn't work really good.  I am happy to report I was a madwoman because I went to the gym to do my normal morning workout AND went back to the gym after clinicals because it was ZumbaFest I couldn't miss out on that!  Here's the plan..

B- grape new whey protein shot with blueberry pomegranate crystal lite and orange emergen-c
L- small meat and cheese tray
D- we'll be @ a bbq so i'll probably have some beans, beef fajita, and chicken fajita
S- SF pudding or carbmaster yogurt

I'm going to go shopping for some essential clothes.  I can't keep my old ones after losing 43 lbs!
