TGIF everyone!!!  I'm so excited that the week is almost over as it's been a long one!!!  My daughter and I are going to do the Walk from Obesity tomorrow morning and then the rest of the weekend is just going to be relaxing!!!  What are you all doing for the weekend?

Plan

B: Believe RTD
L: corn chowder/3 cheese crackers
D: cauliflower crust pizza
Snacks: 100 cal snack, sf pudding

What's your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

Happy TGIF Paige!!  I haven't decided if I'm going to the walk tomorrow or not.  Would like to go to the Renaissance Festival(might be able to do both).  Sunday I'm going to the Texans game.  Hope today passes QUICKLY!!

L: chicken caesar salad
D: probably steak & veggies

Good morning! I'm ready for some weekend action myself! Have fun at the walk, PAIGE-bet you'll meet some great peeps. I'm going to sub with GAYE's Keno group tomorrow, walk with Corbin tonight, Sat and Sun, and whatever else comes along...really need to work some more on weeding out my closet (hate that job, I guess). Today's plan:

B: Green tea

L: Beef patty with WF bbq sauce, salad with WF bacon ranch dsg

S: Orange

D: Chicken breast/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg

S: 2 Magic pops

E: Walk 40-45 minutes with Corbin and do 15 min core training

Vitamins/ Lots of water

RNY 4-22-02...

 Morning Paige,

Tomorrow afternoon I am going to the Texas State Fair with one of my son's ( maybe 2 ) and his GF.  Not sure what else the weekend will hold.  I am STAYING AWAY from the fried crap that they have.   LOL  I dump on lots of grease so that stuff is out for me.    Hope to get in lots of walking though and exercise.   Today I am trying to clean out stuff.   My oldest son told me last night he is going to have to move back home ( 29 yrs.old).   Not a good thing IMHO...but he needs help.   He is a full time college student and only works about 24 hours a week and is stuggling to make ends meet.

 Good Morning TMB,

Paige, thank you so much for this daily post.  I look forward to it everyday.  Best of all, it helps me start my day off ,"on the right foot."

I don't have too much planned for the weekend.  I do have plans to meet up with a girl friend at Memorial Park for a nice walk on Sat. morning.  I might be able to talk her into meeting me there on Sunday, too.  We'll see....  either way, I'm exercising, out doors , on both days.  

Today's Master Plan:
- Prayer & Meditation 
- OA meeting (done)
- Vitamins (1/2 done)
- Exercise (done)
- Planned eating
- Play time with my daughter, Vivian - maybe a tea party after work today.

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF Jelly
L:  Chicken Salad and 1/2 serving of light chips
D:  Eating out mostly likely chicken something
S: 100 Cal snack

Getting ready today for the baby shower for our first grandchild (Kimi LaVaughn Boyle) tomorrow. (Making tater salad and hot sauce. And we are making the burgers tomorrow) Got to finish wrapping the gifts (Husband bought way too much - Please note - husband did - not me!!!)
