Good morning! I'm ready for some weekend action myself! Have fun at the walk, PAIGE-bet you'll meet some great peeps. I'm going to sub with GAYE's Keno group tomorrow, walk with Corbin tonight, Sat and Sun, and whatever else comes along...really need to work some more on weeding out my closet (hate that job, I guess). Today's plan:
B: Green tea
L: Beef patty with WF bbq sauce, salad with WF bacon ranch dsg
S: Orange
D: Chicken breast/salad/strawberries/WF raspberry dsg
S: 2 Magic pops
E: Walk 40-45 minutes with Corbin and do 15 min core training
Vitamins/ Lots of water

We Can Do Hard Things
Tomorrow afternoon I am going to the Texas State Fair with one of my son's ( maybe 2 ) and his GF. Not sure what else the weekend will hold. I am STAYING AWAY from the fried crap that they have. LOL I dump on lots of grease so that stuff is out for me. Hope to get in lots of walking though and exercise. Today I am trying to clean out stuff. My oldest son told me last night he is going to have to move back home ( 29 yrs.old). Not a good thing IMHO...but he needs help. He is a full time college student and only works about 24 hours a week and is stuggling to make ends meet.

I don't have too much planned for the weekend. I do have plans to meet up with a girl friend at Memorial Park for a nice walk on Sat. morning. I might be able to talk her into meeting me there on Sunday, too. We'll see.... either way, I'm exercising, out doors , on both days.

- Play time with my daughter, Vivian - maybe a tea party after work today.
