Good morning! Today will be a BETTER day. I worked into a nasty migraine yesterday, and could only eat the meat portion of dinner-and did not do ANY exercise-unless crawling from the couch to the bed COUNTS! Today's plan:
B: Green tea
L: Beef patty with WF bbq sauce/salad greens with WF bacon ranch dsg
S: Orange
D: Chicken breast/salad/WF raspberry dsg/strawberries
S: 2 Magic pops with fake butter spray/Truvia/cinnamon
E: Walking with Corbin-at least 45 minutes and how far that takes me
Vitamins and lots of water

Good Morning ladies! Working a 1/2 day today so that's a GOOD thing! Will be going to an Oktoberfest company function with hubs this evening(should be fun)!

Hope everyone is doing well this morning.
Things are good on my end. Got on the scale and the number was better than I was anticipating, so I guess I'm off to a good start today.
Realization:
In order for me to practice "self-care", which is vital to the success of my WLS journey, I MUST go to bed early, sleep well, and wake up for exercise in the morning. As much as I dislike the idea of waking up for exercise while everyone else in my house is in bed (resentment). This works best for me! I know this....so now, it's up to "ME" to do what I need to do so that I can be well/healthy. I must make it a priority.

L: beef tenderloin meat & cheese tray thingie and a small sliver (1/8") of chocolate cake
D: chicken stir fry with brown rice
S: new whey protein shot mixed with crystal lite and emergen-c
E: 30 mins on elliptical and 30 mins on weights. It is arm & back & core day!
