Good morning.  Got up a little early today so I made it on here to post.
This may not be my best plan, but it's a plan.  I've eaten what I wanted this week so far and am down 3 lbs.  Go figure!

Healthy choice for lunch...hope this one's better than yesterdays

Good morning! Wasn't planning on walking yesterday, because had already done weights in the monring, but got home early enough, and Corbin was all suited u, with the IPODs ready...so I changed clothes, and off we went. I could NEVER follow an exercise plan without a partner! Toda is my usual, easy to follow "plan"

B: Green tea

L: Chicken/strawberries/salad/WF raspberry dsg

D: Beef patty/salad/WF vinagrette dsg

S: Orange/Magic pops

E: Power walking for 45 minutes with Corbin

 Morning Paige and everyone,

Had a BAD day yesterday.    Made not the best choices with food.   I did walk though but woke up to a 1 lb. gain UGH.    My sisters 3 daughters were having problems with a family member and brought me in on it and I hate to get involved in family stress.    God only knows I have enough stress in my own family much less having to deal with other family members issues too.    But today is a new day and I WILL do much better today.

Plans......B - Protein shake

                L - tuna salad

                D - chef salad with FF dressing

               S - if needed SF jello with SF cool whip

You would think that when one takes a day off of work, one could do something as simple as eat right,, right?  Well yesterday I got so busy with "doing stuff" I missed dinner and ended up eating a protien bar and some PB crackers.  Oh well, maybe today I can do better!

Protein shake
eggs/cheese/turkey bacon
chicken salad & a piece of fruit
protien bar
pecan crusted chicken, cauliflower, green beans w/ arugula (yesterdays missed dinner )
yogurt with a bit of cereal for crunch

I did enough exercise yesterday for a week, so tonight I will only play agility with my novice dog.

I am not sure about the conference yet...I have a schedule conflict and just can't decide!

I'm pretty new to this site so I figure I'd give it a whirl.  Everyone seems to be so nice and sharing their stories.  So umm today I had
B- fruit punch protein shot with crystal lite and an emergen-c
L- small meat and cheese tray with a few veggie chips for crunch
D- smoked salmon sushi with brown rice
S- fruit punch protein shot with crystal lite and emergen-c

I went to work out @ the YMCA with my sister in the afternoon and were on the gazelle for 30 mins, then 30 mins of weights. (leg day!)

As far as the conference goes, I'm thinking about it but I don't know anyone really.  Trying to get someone to come with me or meet some of yall up there.
