Good morning! It's back to work for me today and I'm sure it will be along day!! Did well yesterday food wise. I did some cooking this weekend and made 2 great soups and one yucky casserole! Guess ya can't win them all.

Good morning! PAIGE-thanks for posting this early. Corbin and I start our "42 days" of the HCG plan again today, so it's back to basics for me again-and I LIKE it! We have Keno tonight, and the hostess is making beef stroganoff, so we'll be packing dinner (talk about PLANNING!)

D: Chicken breast/Strawberries/salad/WF raspberry dsg

I had a horrible day yesterday. Major grazing, not sure why, but I guess it really doesn't matter. I am soooo glad today is a new day and I get to start over.

I decided to take up Gina's challenge to participate more on the TMB, so here goes:
I took off yesterday from work and had planned to go back today, but woke up and called in to stay home another day! I have new puppies at home and just don't want to leave them.
Anyway, my plan for the day:
Protien shake
1/2 of breakfast taco - eggs, turkey bacon, cheese, zucchini
chicken salad & cottage cheese
apple w/ peanut butter
pecan crusted chicken, green beans with arugula, cauliflower
yogurt with Kashi cereal for some crunch
For exercise, I plan to ride my mare this AM, then boot camp (one time class at my gym), then dog agility tonight.
protein bar 1/2
Mid morning: rest of my protein bar
L: tuna cup, cheddar cheese slice
Afternoon: apple
D: Chicken strip salad, no cal dressing
S: Jello SF pudding cup
