Good morning!  It's back to work for me today and I'm sure it will be along day!! Did well yesterday food wise.  I did some cooking this weekend and made 2 great soups and one yucky casserole!  Guess ya can't win them all.

Good morning! PAIGE-thanks for posting this early. Corbin and I start our "42 days" of the HCG plan again today, so it's back to basics for me again-and I LIKE it! We have Keno tonight, and the hostess is making beef stroganoff, so we'll be packing dinner (talk about PLANNING!)

B: Green tea

L: Beef patty with WF bbq sauce/salad greens with WF french dsg

S: Orange

D: Chicken breast/Strawberries/salad/WF raspberry dsg

S: Magic pop x 2 with fake butter spray/Truvia sweetener/cinnamon

E: Weight lifting/core stregthening

 Good Morning All,

Thank you for this daily post, Paige.  

I had a horrible day yesterday.  Major grazing, not sure why, but I guess it really doesn't matter.  I am soooo glad today is a new day and I get to start over.

Today's Master Plan:
- Vitamins
- Lots of water
- Planned Meals
- Stairs at work
- 30-40 min. exercise

D: Steak and mixed veggie

Good morning! 

I decided to take up Gina's challenge to participate more on the TMB, so here goes:

I took off yesterday from work and had planned to go back today, but woke up and called in to stay home another day!  I have new puppies at home and just don't want to leave them.

Anyway, my plan for the day:

Protien shake
1/2 of breakfast taco - eggs, turkey bacon, cheese, zucchini
chicken salad & cottage cheese
apple w/ peanut butter
pecan crusted chicken, green beans with arugula, cauliflower
yogurt with Kashi cereal for some crunch

For exercise, I plan to ride my mare this AM, then boot camp (one time class at my gym), then dog agility tonight.

Wanted to let you know that I use Fitday.com.  I have most of my foods already loaded into it so I just have to go to my list and click on what I'm eating.  It takes a while setting it up... but I've done it a little at a time.  Then I just copy and paste my chart so it will show up in my post.  Hope that helps.

b = my protein shake =1 scoop click/w 4oz LF/FF milk/6oz coke zero
Mid morning snack- 1 slice ww bread/2 slices deli turkey
l= 3 oz grilled ckn breast/ 1/3 c green beans
d=    not sure yet

vitamins = done
water = 2 bottles down

L - ham & lettuce.sandwich made on Pepperidge Farm Thin bread
S - 100 calorie bag of goldfish crackers
D - not sure, nothing much in my fridge - maybe omelet
