Good morning!!!  Yesterday just flew by and I have a feeling today will be much the same!  The kids are having a Fall Festival at school and then they want to go to the Woodlands Trick or Treat Trail tonight.  So it looks to be a busy day!

My Plan...
B: Believe RTD
L:  fish
D: Crab Imperial
Snacks: 100 cal snack, yogurt

Have to remember my pouch is really tight and I can''t eat very much! Even if I am terribly hungry!! Just not use to eating with my healing pouch! So today...

protein drink
fruit salad
bfast sammich
yogurt
maybtried smooshed grilled cheese for dinner!!

Breakfast was standard poached egg w/ham.

Lunch and supper will be the same.  Have crockpot full of beef ribs.  Never tried them before.  Should have split the pack but no freezer bags.

Super simple:

Your meat, package of oinion soup mix, bottle or can of Coke Classic, a crock pot and a little time.  Easy enough that a man can do it!

Report on the ribs today is that they are GOOD!!

Good Morning/Afternoon,

I'm happy to report that I have gotten my will power back! I resisted all of the Fair Food this past week!  I only had one small bite of my BF's ice cream sandwich!

B:  wasn't  hungry
L: dreamfields pasta with alfredo sauce
D: salad with baked chicken

Good Afternoon ladies!    It's gonna be a bad eating day.  I started out good but... I've got a french onion dip & peach dump cake in the oven and another meat/queso dip on the stove.   Having friends over to watch the game in a few.

B: 1 slice turkey bacon, 1-1/2 over medium eggs
L: dip & chips
S: small piece of dump cake
D: Pozole
