It's been a wonderful 7 years :)

So, it has been a fabulous 7 years after gastric bypass. I still remain healthy. I gained 20 back in the last year due to back problems. However, by not listening to my Dr's joined the gym and am back to goal... I still don't regret having surgery. I lost a horrible comfort friend, but gained so many life long friends! Yay me for staying healthy and keeping the weight off.  I would have posted on my Surgiversary Date BUT I couldn't remember my login info and couldn't get it LOL.  I hope all is doing well in their journey's and enjoying the exciting times in their lives :)  Hugs and bunches of love
