October Accountability Saturday

Good morning!!  Looking forward to having a 3 day weekend ahead of me and going to hit my half marathon training hard this weekend!!!  I have been slacking and need to get my fanny in gear!  My plan yesterday got derailed at lunch... I had some yummy flounder with a cheese sauce topped with shrimp and avocados... so yummy but I'm sure full of calories!!  I ate part of it for lunch and the rest for dinner... threw the dirty rice and bread that came with it away.

Plan...
B: Believe RTD
L: Crab cake
D: fish and veggie
Snacks: SF pudding and frozen yogurt

Good morning Paige!  Sooo jealous I don't have a 3 day wknd :(    I don't have any definite plans for the weekend but getting ready to head out for breakfast with hubs.

B: 1/4 cup protein drink (hubs wants to go to breakfast so I put the rest in the fridge)
S: prolly have an egg & couple slices of bacon
L: tossed salad w/ leftover baked chicken
D: Lasagna House- carbonara/ house salad
