Good morning!!!  So happy that it is Friday and I have a long weekend ahead of me!!  Plans this weekend are to hit the gym and get into a routine again.  It's been awhile and I can feel it!!!

Plan:
B: Believe RTD
L: Crab cake/ SF pudding
D: fish
Snacks: 100 cal bar, frozen SF yogurt

D: have no clue, but italian sounds good!

I had a TERRIBLE food day yesterday (let's just say the words "Olive Garden" were in there somewhere)..and it was because I was unPLANNED, and jumped stupid...today will be BETTER....

Now that I am starting to eat again, I need to plan again. Have lost 3 of thelbs gained so that is positive!!

cheese stick (maybe)
TPN for dinner
May try some soft scrambled eggs!

Woo Hoo...have eaten fruit, cheese, and yougurt today NO PROBLEMS!! Tonight we are trying soft scrambled eggs wth cheese and cinnamon,splenda toast!! My word I forgot how nice eating was!!!

Hey girl!! Nice to see you post!! Thanks so much for your support who knew I could get so excited over a scrambled egg!! I almost cryed when 20 min later I still didn't hurt!

Turns out the GI Doc mom and my PCP got me in with is listed as one of the top 25 GI specialist in America!! His name is Thomas Dewar!!

Good morning,

I am off till Tuesday and heading out of town so will be eating all meals out for the next 3 -  4 days.

My plan is to make good choices, take snacks with me and pray Tuesday morning the scale is kind to me/

We have a LONG weekend ahead of us too. Hoping to keep on track w/ protein only - which I have done good so far this week. (I am trying to get back on track and back down to my lowest weight....)
