Today's Plan:
- Vitamins (1/2 done)
- Prayer and Meditation
- Exercise (done)
- Healthy meals/Sensible portions
- Lots of water
- Tea Party w/ 4yr old daughter

My weight is ALL over the place since returning from the cruise. I am one of those who came home sick so I am thinking the medicine that I am taking is contributing to the weight thingie going on. UGH I had planned on hitting the gym monday AM but haven't felt good enough to do that yet. I will monday for sure though. As far as my eating goes.....it has been OK. My plan today is to make good choices and do some walking before it gets too hot here again. WIsh the cooler weather was here to stay but guess it isn't time yet.
