Good morning!!!  I think I got a bit dehydrated on the cruise (too much alcohol and not enough water!) because my band has been really tight!!  So I'm going to try really hard the next few days to push the water... and get back into my exercise routine!

Plan: 
B: Believe RTD
L: chicken salad/2 multigrain crackers
D: fish and salad
Snacks:  FF pudding, yogurt

What's your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

B: s/f cappucino mixed with 2 scoops protein powder
S: low carb tortilla w/peanut butter
L: chicken caesar salad from Schlotzky's
S: fruit cup from Schlotzky's
D: have no clue today(maybe leftover chile)

Hope everyone is doing well.  On my way out the door this morning and have a few minutes to post.

Today's Plan:
- Vitamins (1/2 done)
- Prayer and Meditation
- Exercise (done)
- Healthy meals/Sensible portions
- Lots of water
- Tea Party w/ 4yr old daughter

 Morning Paige,

My weight is ALL over the place since returning from the cruise.   I am one of those who came home sick so I am thinking the medicine that I am taking is contributing to the weight thingie going on.   UGH I had planned on hitting the gym monday AM but haven't felt good enough to do that yet.   I will monday for sure though.    As far as my eating goes.....it has been OK.   My plan today is to make good choices and do some walking before it gets too hot here again.     WIsh the cooler weather was  here to stay but guess it isn't time yet.

I will be checking out of carb rehab over the weekend and hopefully for good.  I am hoping that WW will be my next success story.
