You did much better than I did. I definately am getting back on track today and hitting the gym tomorrow AM. Not sure what I will eat ( IF I eat today )...I am so sick of food right now. I may do several days of protein shakes to detox my diet of all the junk I had on the cruise. I did really enjoy it and had a great time.

Today's food is going to be challenging. Our plans, due to a misunderstanding, have changed so instead of having a veg out day we're headed an hour and a half outside the DFW metroplex to attend a meeting. And the group hosting the meeting has organized a bbq after for kind of a meet and greet with us (all having to do with the whole running for Baron/Baroness thing).
So..today is looking like
B-sooji with skim milk
L-unknown....something probably on the road down to Stephenville
D-unknown but traditional bbq food...I'll stick with a grilled burger and try not to surf the chips and other stuff.
I really wanted to nap on the sofa but...no rest for the weary today. Have a super day all!
I am getting a late start as since it is almost noon guess I will skip breakfast today

Having that "post cruise vertigo", so taking it easy today..concentrating on protein and liquids...so spoiled from being able to just walk up and grab prepared food off "stations"...sigh....
