Hey everyone!!!  We are back and had the time of our lives!!!  I can honestly say it was the best vacation I have ever been on as an adult!!!   Had to bite the bullet this morning and get on the scale....   up 1.8lbs which I will take!!!  My eating was not bad.... but those darn liquid calories add up!!!  So today it's back on track for me!!!!  Big thanks to Debbie and Jenn for keeping the thread going while I was gone!!!

L: chicken salad and 2 multigrain crackers
D: mahi mahi
Snacks: greek yogurt, frozen coconut bar

Welcome back Paige!  Glad you guys/gals all had a good time!  It was my pleasure keeping this thread going as I get great ideas from what everyone else is eating!

 Morning Paige.

You did much better than I did.    I definately am getting back on track today and hitting the gym tomorrow AM.    Not sure what I will eat ( IF I eat today )...I am so sick of food right now.    I may do several days of protein shakes to detox my diet of all the junk I had on the cruise.    I did really enjoy it and had a great time.

Welcome back Paige and everyone else!!

Today's food is going to be challenging.  Our plans, due to a misunderstanding, have changed so instead of having a veg out day we're headed an hour and a half outside the DFW metroplex to attend a meeting. And the group hosting the meeting has organized a bbq after for kind of a meet and greet with us (all having to do with the whole running for Baron/Baroness thing).

So..today is looking like
B-sooji with skim milk
L-unknown....something probably on the road down to Stephenville
D-unknown but traditional bbq food...I'll stick with a grilled burger and try not to surf the chips and other stuff.

I really wanted to nap on the sofa but...no rest for the weary today.  Have a super day all!

I am getting a late start as since it is almost noon guess I will skip breakfast today

Having that "post cruise vertigo", so taking it easy today..concentrating on protein and liquids...so spoiled from being able to just walk up and grab prepared food off "stations"...sigh....
