September Accountability Wednesday **For Paige**
Good morning ladies! Ended up going to the doctor yesterday only to rule out kidneys & appendix issues. Blood work came back pretty high in WBC so she said it appears I may have some sort of infection so she just prescribed an antibiotic. I told her I wanted xrays or something and she said that if I don't feel relief by Friday she would send me for an abdominal CT Scan. It just doesn't feel like anything an antibiotic will cure but I'm keeing my fingers crossed.

L: chicken taco soup
S: banana/strawberry yogurt
D: in the mood for fish and after today hubby will be out of town till Sunday afternoon, so I'm gonna convince him to take me out to dinner somewhere.

I am new at this, but know I need to hold myself accountable for the things that I consume so here goes!
B: Skinny Latte and 1/2 Turkey Bacon Egg Cheese English Muffin
L: Tortilla Soup and String Cheese
S: Yogurt or PB Pretzelz
D: Rotissere Chicken, Sauteed Spinach and Feta
Here's to sticking with the program and hoping to get myself out of this funk!

Late to the game...I can't access OH from work or my phone so if the thread isn't going before I leave for work (at 6:30am....gotta love those early mornings) I don't get to post until I get home.

S-1 measured serving of low fat CheesIts
L-protein shake

D-unknown...home from work now and REALLY tired so I'll be diving for high protein leftovers out of the fridge. Either sloppy joe, cube steak or hash and (if I feel up to it) a poached egg.
