September Accountability Tuesday **For Paige**
Good morning ladies. Had a crappy nights sleep. Lying in bed watching TV last night and I got this pain on the right side of my stomach. Thought it might just be from lying on my back too long so I just shut the tube off and went to sleep. Woke up with the same constant pain and could barely tolerate it thru walking the dogs this morning. Debating on whether to go to the dr and have it checked. Not my gallbladder since I already had this out last year. Sitting here trying to self diagnose myself as usual..lol. Anyway, I have no appetite but here's my plan.
B: protein shake
L: ham/cheese slice in low carb tortilla
S: protein shake
D: baked chicken/ green beans

I hope your pain goes away soon. I just got back yesterday from a mini vacation and know when I step on the scale I will have a gain so need to get back to on plan.
Here is my plan for today
B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF Jelly
L: Grilled Chicken breast with pepper jack cheese, grapes
D: Talapia with mixed veggies
S: not sure yet something around 100 - 200 calories

Meggie, thanks for the info! I'm sitting at my desk at work and it does actually hurt to draw my knee up to my chest. It bothers me to stand, walk and I could very well slug someone when I cough or sneeze! I have a dr appt at 2 so I hope she can tell me something. I worry so much with my sleeve even being 2+ years out. I'm gonna drive myself crazy!
