Gaining my weight
5 Day Pouch test helped me a lot when I did it. I am about ready to replan and get my eating under better control.
If you don't mind sharing, how much have you gained. NOW is the time to stop the regain. Go with a healthy plan of lean meats, fruit and veggies and stay away from rice, potatoes, pasta and desserts.
If you feel ike something sweet choose yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit.
What is your biggest food choice problem? Maybe someone has a suggestion to make it more WLS friendly.

Sheila, I understand about the evil carb monster. A big thing is to get all the carbs out of your house! throw or give them away! For snacks when you have the munchies go for carrots, celery, and any other crunchy veg. If you want dip for them there are wonderful salad dressings fro Walden Farms that have no calories, no sugar, no carbs, no gluten, no nothing!! Just flavoring!! They are awesome...the only one I wasnt crazy about was the coleslaw and it wasnt sweet enough for me! They also make sweet dips, just flavoring and great for fruit!

I'm in the same boat with you. Last year when I got married I weighted 217 or 219. However, the month prior to my wedding I weighted 236 at my dr's office. However, I'm ranging just under 250 now. I've lost and regained the same ten pounds three times this year and I'm working on it for the fourth time. However, this time I think I'm done with it, dieting that is. I'm trying the eat clean diet now and hopefully, this is something I can live with. However, I refuse to let myself go over 250 that's my line in the sand. Good luck to you
mind set is everything...I leaqrned a new phrase! Instead of loosing weight we release weight! Loosing implies it can or should be found, releasing implies it is gone forever and I like that!! Dont diet try new habits! Dieting suxs clean start and new habits is very positive!! It is all semantics but it works!!
