September Accountability Monday **For Paige**
Ok, I'm an early bird so I'll start this. Not to mention I ate crap yesterday and need to get myself back on track!

I tried something new this weekend....NOT journaling! I must say, after 4 years of WW and 18mo of pre- and post-op journaling, it feels very weird! But I know I don't want to be tied to a journal the rest of my life so I'm starting to wean myself off of it. My big game plan for maintainence is to journal a day or two every couple of weeks to keep myself in check. I figure after all this time I know what to eat and I'm pretty good at eyeballing portion sizes, although that eyeballing is what can change without ya knowing it. Anyway...that's the plan!

L....grilled chicken 'everything' salad...boiled eggs, cranberry nut mixture, greek yogurt, gala apples, garlic, onions....Yum-O. Served on veggie chips like nachos
