Sunday WLS Express
I didn't go to sleep until late but I woke at 5am ready to leave for the cruise. Well, not ready-I've got everything left still to do this morning which is WHY I'm awake just thinking about it. BUT, I can't do anything because I don't want to wake Bryan. He went to sleep alot later than I did as he stayed up to do laundry last night after we got home at 11pm. I'm just going to chill some right now.

Hello TMB...or should I say...AHOY!!
First off...everyone headed out for some fun and sun I hope you all have a safe and amazing time. I can't wait to hear all kinds of stories.
Today we'll be headed over to our friends house. Because the main reason we were headed up there (we live in S Arlington and our friends live in Plano) was for the boys to 'swing stick' (slang for practice) in the back yard, it was pointless to go yesterday with the deluge yesterday. We'll be headed up around 2pm.
I COMPLETELY splurged yesterday and got Clint an early anniversary gift. I got him a BlueRay player with the wireless internet connection. So not only can we start a BlueRay collection, but we also joined Netflix...the wireless connection lets us download movies directly to the BlueRay player and watch them. We spent all nigh****ching movies.
I'm about to get my morning coffee...then I have dishes to do, meatballs to make and a roasted sweet potato salad. All that before heading to Plano.

I was up WAY too early too but 99.9% of my things were already packed. This my usual "I am going out of town" mode. LOL I always do this....drives me NUTS too. I can't wait to get to Galveston. Haven't been there in ages. Actually saw the Island in probably 22 yrs. That is a long time ago. So I hope to see a little bit of it later on tonight or this afternoon. Looking forward to the cruise and it looks like we are going to escape Matthew. Sure do hope so anyway...not fun hitting those rough waters on a cruise ship and this one is much smaller than the Conquest that we were on 3 yrs. ago. See ya tomorrow !!!
