I am in San Antonio for a conference this week so I am posting yesterday's weight. I am back in my comfort zone so happy about that.

Haven't posted in a while... I'm trying to get back on track so need some accountability...

Weight last week: 152.8 (was up to 155 the week before)

Total weight loss: 105 lbs now, was up to 111 lbs
Started taking a Zumba class twice a week and using myfooddiary.com again to track my calories... Last week proved once again if I pay attention I can be successful...

Not much but at least it's in the right direction. I'm still tweaking things and something's not working! I get a consistant calorie deficit of over 1000 a day and my calories have been bumped to 1200 a day. On paper it just doesn't make sense not to be losing but then again, we know our bodies didn't read the book! So I'll take it and keep working on it.
