Dallas Support Group - Saturday AM
Just thought I would post to spread the word about the support group going on this Saturday the 25th at Doctor's Hospital in Dallas. This is a great group and has helped me be so successful on my journey.
The group meets from 10:30-12, but also hosts a water aerobic class at 9am in the same building as the meeting. They offer the locker rooms to change before and after. There is a lot of helpful friends that attend and conduct these groups.

- Current Weight: 263
- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
- RNY: 10-16-07 = 338: Highest weight: 350+ Lowest Weight: 199
It is open to everyone, pre or post op. This is not a surgeon specific seminar, so it does not matter where you had surgery. Its a great support with a very knowledgeable team.
