I thought about NOT coming--sooooo much to do..but GOTTA see YOU..and Corbin is hooked is hooked on Magic Pops now--so I'll be there--even is it's just US!!

New Product...they now have Strawberry flavored Magic Pop! Didn't check sugar content and of course have nt tried them, but imagine them with peanut butter!!! See you in the morning!

Actually there are various flavors of the Magic Pop currently Central markets are only making a couple of them from what I have been told. I have not seen the nutritional information on the strawberry as I found these back in August in Austin and the last time I went they were out of the strawberry flavor. Now for people not near a Central Market some  HEB Plus stores also have the Magic Pop machine and make them as well. I curently enjoy a small dab of fat free flavored cream cheese on mine. However, the uses are endless from fruit to yogurt dips.

How often are the meetings?  I obviously missed this one :(  I would love to come out for the support group
