At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
B-low sugar oatmeal with skim milk
L-bento will include cheeseburger pie, egg bites, red pepper strips and protein mini muffins
D-cube steak with a veggie
The lunch bentos btw are LOTS of food and I actually eat the contents not just for lunch but I nibble on the stuff for my morning and afternoon break. Between that and my water I feel like I'm constantly eating or drinking.

weight back up to 135 which is perfect for me!! TPN has about 1500 cal, at least mine is. Has ALL my vits and minerals and protein and fat I need so While I am on it i dont have to take all my usual pill regime except prosac, zanax as needed,and pain and nausea as needed.

Oscar is being especially grouchy today-still getting over a 2 day diarrhea thing...oops...sorry..TMI? Feel weak as a run over skunk in the road..probably smell like one too...still too much TMI????
