The weekend is so close I can almost see it!!  Good morning everyone!!!  Yesterday was a great day but today will be long as I won't be home until around 9.

My plan...(a little sketchy today)
B: Believe
L: Taco Salad
D: ??? 
Snacks: probably none

 I'm so tired I can hardly see straight.  This stinks.

B-low sugar oatmeal with skim milk
L-bento will include cheeseburger pie, egg bites, red pepper strips and protein mini muffins
D-cube steak with a veggie

The lunch bentos btw are LOTS of food and I actually eat the contents not just for lunch but I nibble on the stuff for my morning and afternoon break.  Between that and my water I feel like I'm constantly eating or drinking.

iv tpn for dinner Yummy!!!

weight back up to 135 which is perfect for me!! TPN has about 1500 cal, at least mine is. Has ALL my vits and minerals and protein and fat I need so While I am on it i dont have to take all my usual pill regime except prosac, zanax as needed,and pain and nausea as needed.

Go out and make it a great day! I am going to stay in and make it a great day!!

Mornin ladies!

B: Fitday foods small breakfast entree(egg whites, potatoes,turkey bacon)
S: banana protein shake
L: Fitday food(other 1/2 of yesterdays meal)
D: something with turkey meat since that's what I thawed out this morning

Oscar is being especially grouchy today-still getting over a 2 day diarrhea thing...oops...sorry..TMI? Feel weak as a run over skunk in the road..probably smell like one too...still too much TMI????

B: Did ok with soft eggs

L: Was in training-thy brought in On the order..the *******s..I ate fajita chicken..just the chicken..and a little bit of apple

D: Trying to eat some pudding with protein powder in it..so far...so good

Today was pretty good, I'm still trying to get used to the extra calories...that bigger number freaks me a little when I first see it!

Pre-B...B...chai tea, cottage cheese and strawberries
Lunch....SW chicken, mostly bean soup part
Snack...honey crisp apple
Dinner...pan grilled shirimp, homemade refried black beans, grilled onions
Snack...Fage cheesecake yogurt
LNS...chai tea
