We made it through the week!!  I'm so excited for my vacation to start!!!  Going to be a busy next few days though getting ready to head out on Monday!

My Plan...
B: Believe RTD
L: crab cake
D: chicken and salad
snacks:?

Good morning Paige!!  Happy Friday!  Today we are having a cook off at work and I've gone simple and put all my ingredients for Chicken hot wing dip in a crock pot and will slow cook it at work till 11am.  Should be good!

B: chorizo & egg
L: lots of junk(sorry but just keeping it real)  I'll have to taste everyone's dishes or at least what my lil stomach can hold..lol
D: probably a  protein shake so I can recover from lunch

 WOW love your new Avatar Paige.    I am like everyone else.....I plan to make good choices today.   I have coffee down and about to go make me a protein shake.    I too am so excited for a vacation.   God knows I need one from all the stress in my life !!!!!  Have a great day !!!

Oscar has been fairly happy so far today...

B: 2 FF "fried" eggs

L: Chicken/shrimp salad at Cheddar's/no dsg/no roll

S: Orange/SF pudding

D: Not rreal sure yet-thinking chiken and strawberries
