Good morning! I tried re-introducing milk yesterday-just 2 oz-after not having any for 42 days-has added it to a morning shake and drank it on the way to work...ummm...never again..was like a new post op...'nuff said.. Doing something different today

Wow, I got so busy today I forgot to post! Ha! Well, the days almost over so I'll post what I've already eaten.
B: chorizo & egg (about 3oz)
S: protein shake
L: Went to Fit Day Foods(had never been there b4) and had the Fettuccini Chicken Alfredo (1/2 of a small) & 1/2 of a protein bar
S: the other 1/2 of the protein bar
D: Planning on going to Souper Salad as soon as my son gets out of band practice
