September Accountability Wednesday

Wow the week is half over!!!  Doing well sticking to plan...  Last night I had to wor****il around 8:00 and I was driving home (and hungry) so I thought I'd stop and pick something up on the way home.  Funny thing is I realized I don't eat fast food anymore.  Once in awhile I might grab a chili at Wendy's but that's it.  So I headed home and fixed a piece of fish!!!

My plan...
B: Believe RTD
L: chicken salad/2 multigrain crackers
D: fish/salad
Snacks:  FF pudding frozen coconut bar

What's your plan?  Remember the choice is yours...so make it a good one!!

Good morning! I tried re-introducing milk yesterday-just 2 oz-after not having any for 42 days-has added it to a morning shake and drank it on the way to work...ummm...never again..was like a new post op...'nuff said.. Doing something different today

B: 2 eggs-friend with Pam-eating them now!

L: Beef patty/salad with WF honey dijon dsg

S: Orange, LF/SF yogurt

D: Chicken breast/salad/WF raspberry dsg

S; SF pudding, apple

RNY 4-22-02...

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet
L: Chicken Breast with pepper jack cheese
D: Fish or Steak with mashed potatoes and mixed veggie
S: Sweet and Salty Bar or a 100 Calorie snack bag

Wow, I got so busy today I forgot to post! Ha!  Well, the days almost over so I'll post what I've already eaten.

B: chorizo & egg (about 3oz)
S: protein shake
L: Went to Fit Day Foods(had never been there b4) and had the Fettuccini Chicken Alfredo (1/2 of a small) & 1/2 of a protein bar
S: the other 1/2 of the protein bar
D: Planning on going to Souper Salad as soon as my son gets out of band practice

So is Fit Day priced??  I have been wanting to go check it out but didn't know if they would really have anything I could eat!
