September Accountability Tuesday

Good morning!!!  We made it through Monday and now it's down hill the rest of the week!!!  Today is going to be along one as we have open house tonight so I won't be getting home until around 9 tonight. 

My Plan....
B: Believe RTD
L: crab cake/shrimp sauce
D: talapia
Snacks: FF pudding and greek yogurt

What is your plan today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!

Good Morning Paige!

B: protein shake with 1/2 a banana
S: low carb tortilla w/ slice of ham & cheese(will eat 1/2)
L: chicken salad
S: other 1/2 of morning snack
D: bbq seasoned baked chicken & tossed salad

 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"

 Morning Paige,

LIfe has me in a tailspin again !!!  UGH hate what my kids do to me !!!  Seems like when they are grown they would let you live your life without stress !!!   UGH I haven't got very many plans for today yet.   I do plan to do better today than yesterday.    Things got to me yesterday.....had a semi meltdown and did OK but made a few bad choices.   Next week can't come soon enough for me.   Carnival....take me away !!!

Good Morning,

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF jelly
L: Grilled chicken breast with pepper jack cheese
D: Steak with mixed veggie

64 oz of water  - I got in all my liquidsin  yesterday for the 1st time in a long time.

well, got put off a day so I will not go home till tomorrow! Cannot face another cup of chicken broth so havinglots of sf popsicles and a couple of protein drinks and vitamin water zeros! thanks be for my nightly Iv of TPN (caloriesand nutrition in a bag!!)
