Happy, Happy Monday!!!!  We had a great weekend at our house... hope you all did too!  I did well sticking to my plan yesterday and I know this week I  need to be very diligent with my plan.  I'd like to be at the low end of my goal by this time next week so I can enjoy myself on the cruise!!!!

B: Believe RTD
L: talapia
D: mahi mahi and half a baked sweet pot.
Snacks: ff pudding, frozen coconut bar

Back to work day for me.  Joy!

B-sooji and skim milk
L-bento box..includes beef pot pie/cheeseburger egg bites/cheese & crackers/pumpkin protein muffin
D-leftovers...either cheeseburger pie or carnitas

I've also packed a protein shake in case I need it at work for a snack.

I'm determined to make today a great day!

I'm with you, PAIGE-want to be "extra diligent" this week. Today is day 42 of mine and Corbin's "food plan" so we go on the first maintenance phase for 21 days tomorrow and up our calorues to 1500. I'm almost terrified to do it. But-for today-will continue what I've been doing...

B: Hot green tea

L: Chicken breast/WF raspberry dsg/salad greens

S: Strawberries

D: Beef patty/WF BBQ sauce/salad greens/WF vinegrette dsg

S: orange/cucumbers

Lots of water/vitamins/more green tea

 - Lots of water
 - OA Meeting
 - Exercise

My plan for today

B: Ham and cheese omelet, toast with SF jelly
L: Grilled chicken salad
D: Steak with mix veggies and 1/4 c of mashed potatoes
S: Sweet and Salt bar or rice cake snack

64 oz of liquids

L: 3 chicken quesadillas
D: baked fish & veggies
