I've also packed a protein shake in case I need it at work for a snack.
I'm determined to make today a great day!
I'm with you, PAIGE-want to be "extra diligent" this week. Today is day 42 of mine and Corbin's "food plan" so we go on the first maintenance phase for 21 days tomorrow and up our calorues to 1500. I'm almost terrified to do it. But-for today-will continue what I've been doing...
