Good morning!!  Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!!!!  Got a bit off track with my eating yesterday but didn't overdue it so all is good!  Anyone have any good recipes to share?  I'm getting a little bored with my standard things!!!

Plan...
B: Believe RTD
L: chicken salad/2 multi grain crackers
D: mahi mahi
Snacks: frozen coconut bar, greek yogurt

Good Morning,

I got off track yesterday as well but didn't over do it.

My plan for today

B: one egg and slice of bacon
L:  will be out - probably chicken something
D: Steak with mix veggies or something with ground beef

64 oz of liquids

My plan:

B: A hotdog with brown mustard
snack: 10 almonds
lunch: 3 oz of hummus, SF apple sauce, pinto beans ( homemade with beef broth, tomato, bacon, clantro, chili powder, 1/2 a beer, garlic - made in crock pot yesterday -yummo!)
snack: shake
Dinner baked tilapia and ? veggie

Need to work on getting water in! Been feeling like I have been dehydrated.

Good morning ladies!  It turned out to be a pretty nice day yesterday at H & H Ranch yesterday Paige...kinda overcast and a little breezy in the shade!  Today we're off to a bday luncheon for my 12 year old niece.

B: Hubs is making turkey bacon and eggs over medium as I type this- smells YUMMO!
L: have no idea what they're making for the bday lunch...but it should be good!
S: bday cake...lol
D: baked chicken/salad
 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"

We stayed for about 2 hours... long enough to eat and ride the paddleboats!  It was a good day to be outside!

Good morning everyone!

Plan for the day is pretty simple
B-sooji...I added even more protein powder...it changed the texture but still a yummy flavor
L-cheeseburger pie
D-leftovers...probably carnitas.  YUM!

Maybe a snack of either Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and fruit if I feel the need for  more nomz.
