Monday Morning Weigh-In

Last Week: 150
Today: 148
Weekly loss: 2lbs
Total loss: 141 lbs
I haven't been on the board to "weigh in", but my weight loss has stopped, not complaining at all! I'm GREAT with where I am! I'm 2lbs below goal and willing to give myself 5lbs wiggle room either way, so 145-155. I haven't seen anything lower than 148, but who knows.
I was on a cleaning spree today...only got the kitchen done, but man did I clean it! Tomorrow, my son will go to Mother's Day Out and the daughter to school! Yay! I love having a few hours 2x a week to myself.

I stayed the same this week. Today was my 1yr check up so while I was there I saw the NUT and had a MedGem test done. According to all that I need to increase my calories about 300 a DAY!!! That's scary to me. Especially since I've been having calorie deficits of 1200 and above and still yo-yoing with the same 1-2 lbs. But I'll try it for a month and see what happens. I was really wanting to be in the 180's and BMI of 30 for this meeting but I got close.

Yeah...my labs were great. My B-12 and B-6 is WAY off the chart so he said to cut down the B-50 complex to one a day and maybe only 3 times a week on the B-12. My iron is high and he said I could stop it for the next 3 months then retest but I don't think I'll do that. The numbers are lower than 6 mo ago and I'm not sure that's not a trend starting.
I still need to add all the new numbers to my spreadsheet for comparison but I think overall I'm doing good.
