I am NPO after midnight then I have my irradiated corn flake test.

Good morning! I sooooo appreciate this thread-it helps me get/stay organized.

Shooting for 120 oz water and all my vitamins. Walking is starting to not hurt so much, so am starting slowly-will do 20 minutes today

Happy Friday Everyone,

I got down 80 ounces of water yesterday!  But the scale was not my friend this morning. I was up .8.  I am disappointed but I will not give up. I am too close to realizing my goal.  I will continue to low carb and drink water until I burst!

  • Current Weight:  263  
  • As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain.  Not happy about that.

 Surgeon moved me to pureed and super soft foods today.  YAHOO!  "Real" food is just 3 weeks away.

B: Cottage cheese and mandarin oranges

D: Undecided...I may cruise the recipe board and find something acceptable to eat that I can actually COOK.  The thought of cooking again makes me absolutely quiver with excitement.
