Stuck in DeSoto all next week for school. Anybody up for supper or coffee?

I have a code enforcement school all next week in DeSoto. The City is paying for a week, M-Th, in a hotel saving me the hassle of having to drive back and forth. Anybody up for meeting for supper or hitting a Starbucks?

Yep. My non-paid reserve gig is morphing into a part-time, 32 hrs/week max w/o bennys, code enforcement gig as of October 1 when the fiscal year begins. I get to be the hard ass that tells the populace that grandma's '63 Buick that has not run in twenty years and is sinking in the front yard has got to go. If not then they can get a $200 daily "encouragement" to do so!
