O/T--It is done!!!

A few weeks ago I mentioned that we had an acceptable offer on the sale of my other house. Well folks, I am happy to report...we closed today!!!! YES!!!! The purchaser wanted to close last week while we were in Vegas, but with the purchaser getting a loan on the property there is no way it could go from start to finish in two weeks. I am very thankful that we were able to get every thing done in three weeks.

Needless to say...I am a very happy camper tonight!!!

Congratulations on your successful sale of the house Norma. Now maybe you can concentrate on the house you are living in and have some much needed fun. Ops....you did that last week in Vegas. Congrats again.
