September Accoutability Wednesday
No plan for me today, I just thought I'd stop by the message board and see how everyone is doing. I'm glad I did. It was a little bit of a light-bulb moment for me...actually more of a "duh" moment. I'm up about 20 lbs over my lowest weight. I keep whining about it, but haven't done the first thing to fix it. I keep saying I'm going to get back to running regularly. I was maintaining very well when I was running, so I just got away from planning meals, or even thinking about them really. Running or not, planning my meals would go a long ways toward getting these extra pounds off. Ya think? Like I said...DUH. Anyway, lemme go get a plan together and I'll be back in the morning.

Can I hollar at you.....I need to refocus really bad. I'm up a few more lbs and don't like the way I feel at all. I've gotten away from so much of the "to do" list. Mindless eating is hard to break.
