RNY revision from lapband 7/30/07...TT/BL 10/9/08 and at GOAL
On my way out the door this morning. Read & sending out a few emails to a few WLS pals. Hoping the can join me for the Houston OH Conference this November.
Today's Master Plan:
- Sticked Planned Meals
- OA Meeting
- Train to Maintain Class @ 6pm
- Exercise @ 7pm

I don't really have food plan for the day. However, it will be 20 grams of carbs or less. I have been able to lose most of what I have regained. I have about five more pounds to go before I will be at my lowest weight again. Still have not ever made it to goal...but I am so determined and I am so close! I am proud to say that I have already had 12 ounces of water and if you know me, you know that I struggle with water.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

D: maybe baked fish with all the talk about that is making me want some. LOL fresh veggies and maybe some fruit
Snacks.....cheese stick and maybe some crackers

My Plan for the day
B: Egg with 1/4 slice of cheese, 1 slice of bacon, low cal toast with SF jelly
L: Grilled Chicken Breast with 1/2 of pepper jack cheese, 1/4 of mix veggies and 5 grapes
D: Not sure yet either steak or something with lean ground beef
S: Fruit
Continue to try to get in 64 oz of liquids
