Good morning!  Didn't plan last night so now I'm trying to put something together for today!!

L: Taco Soup/5 multigrain tortilla chips
D: talapia/ veggie
Snacks: SF pudding, frozen coconut bar

B: 2 turkey bacon strips/ 1 scrambled egg (at least that's the plan) might opt for a protein shake if I run short on time
S: small banana
L: peanut butter on low carb tortilla
S: peach yogurt
D: grilled pork chops/peas

PAIGE-your "put together" sounds pretty darn good to me. I like tilapia, but don't cook it well myself-gotan easy recipe? Fish is on mine and Corbin's "food plan", but I've shyed away from it, due to my lack of skill. Today's plan:

B: Green tea..I'm hooked

L: Beef patty with WF BBQ sauce

S: Orange wedges

D: Chicken breast/salad greens with WF Raspberry dsg

S: Strawberries

Did better on water yesterday-will shoot for even more today, plus my vits, of course

I'm not Paige, nor do i play her on TV (she's too damn skinny lol) but tilapia is soooooooooo easy to cook, I usta get at sams/wal mart in the frozen section (if no one had it fresh on sale) and just put a lil seasoning on it (salt, pepper, lemon pepper, etc) and cook on the Foreman. it only takes a very few minutes on each side. 
Can also roll in egg and Parmesan cheese and 'pan fry' with Pam.

YUMMY -  I'VE GOT SOME IN MY FREEZER TOO F ROM WALMART TOO -  Was wondering how I was gonna cook it !!  Now I know !!

sure.. just keep in mind it cooks REALLY fast.. like just a few minutes per side. Also if you have a toaster oven, and its just maybe for you or something.. thats a good way to do them..
those are the easy ways, now i got plenty of fancy schmancy ways... but those are quick and easy :)

Best present I ever got was my toaster oven last year for Christmas!!!  I use it everyday for my fish!

 Gina....I am not Paige either but I take tilapia and sprinkle some Mrs. Dash and other seasonings on it.....then take a skillet and put a little ( maybe a T ) olive oil and heat the pan with the oil then place the fish in the pan.   I sear it on both sides till it is done.   It is yummy !!!!   You can tell when it is done when you flake it with a fork and it is white inside and not clear looking ( just telling you that since you don't cook fish ).   Good luck.   I love fish too !!!

YEAH BOY !  I' live on t his stuff -  its helps the constipation NOT to develope in my mind !!  Whatever works -  
I'm doing the lipton to go ones - with citrus flavor -  its really lite but I'm getting my water in w/o the caffeine - I think

I buy most of my fish at Sams and Costco... already seasoned and just have to stick in in the oven!!
