 Hi Paige!

I am so wanting Taco Soup now after seeing your post.  Unfortunately it doesn't taste the same when its all blended up so I'll just wait until I'm back on normal food to make up a batch.

Food today:
Sooji (last of my batch)
Protein shake
Potato soup
Yogurt

Good morning! HAd a great weekend-even with working half of it. Staying on track with eating-even with a birthday party. My fluids were probably lower than I would have liked, so that will be my focus for the week

B: Green tea

L; Chicken breast/slad greens with WF raspberry dsg

S: fresh strawberries

D: Beef patty with WF BBQ sauce/cooked spinach

S: fresh orange/melba toast

Lots of water/baggie of vitamins

Good morning Paige!  So not looking forward to going back to work.  Luckily, it's a 1/2 day for me!  Well, I don't really know what's worse.....1/2 day to go to the dr for a mammo or 1/2 day working...it's a TOSS UP!

B: protein shake- 1 scoop Designer Whey chocolate, 1 scoop Click Expresso, 1/2 cup ice, 1/2 cup Mootopia all blended in the Magic Bullet
S: small banana
L: leftover taco soup
D: will make sausage dogs for the family and I will probably have more soup
 
(5 lbs lost during pre op diet)     5' 3"

Good morning, here is my plan for the day

Work on getting 64oz of liquids

B: My normal ham and cheese omelet; toast with SF jelly
L: Going to out for lunch with sisters so will split something - probably chicken something
D: Steak with mix veggie and 1/4 c potates
S: Fruit or something under 200 cal
