Bummer, long wknd is winding down!  I think I'm just gonn relax today- probably go out and get a mani/pedi.  Have a great day ladies!

B: hoping hubby will make some eggs/bacon but I might have to opt for plan B, which would be a protein shake
L: taco soup(thanks for putting the idea in my head yesterday!  I haven't made this since my weigh****cher days)
S: grapes/watermelon
D: rib eye & asparagus

Exercise:  walked the dogs for 30 minutes so far and trying, yet again, to get motivated to do an additional 30 minutes on the treadmill,  I sure wish I was one of the people who had a transfer addiction to exercising.  For some, it gives lots of energy.  For me, it sucks every bit of energy I have left for about 2-3 hours.

I need to get back into my exercise routine... I feel better when I do it.  Just have been swamped with the kids and homework/projects.  They average about 3 hours of homework a night!!! I might have to start going at night after dinner instead of after work.

My whole day is off schedule, but doesn't mean my eating/drinking has to be....I just have yo not use the holiday as an excuse-whuch is so EASY for me to do!

B: Green tea..bunches

L: Chicken breast/strawberries.salad greens

D: Will be at birhday party-have scanned Hilton's menu-will go with beef appetizer/steamed veggies and lots of water

Have started my water/vitamins-have lots of catchig up to do-amm 6 hours behind schedule...whew...bottoms!
