It's Monday and the long weekend is winding down! Going to be a quiet day for me as the kids have some school stuff to work on today. So it should be easy to follow my plan today!

Snacks: frozen fudge bar, sf jello or pudding

Still working on trying to get in 64 oz of liquids

another day of trying to eat...my food is controlled by others so i know they will send up:
oatmeal
sf applesauce
glytrol
cream of something soup
sf jello
glytrol
repeat above 3 items
nurses can bring me or I can get crackers in between. they dont hurt. new med not working so far so dr is trying to get old med from manufacturer to try.running out of options.

B: leftover sooji with a splash of skim milk (this stuff turned out DELICIOUS yesterday)
L: protein shake
D: noodless lasagna bake (ricotta, sauce, cheese baked in a souffle dish)
Snacks: another protein shake and yogurt through the day.
I need to get better about my fluid intake. Yesterday I only got about 40 oz of water in and I need to do more.

I added 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder to the milk and shook it up in my blender bottle before I poured it in.
I also think I didn't reduce the heat fast enough because mine is much more a 'polenta' consistency than her photos show. JUST as tasty as if it were more watery tho. Its delicious next day...IMHO!

Today I have gotten my coffee down and I am about to go make a protein shake for breakfast.
Lunch....not sure probably tuna fish and dinner will be grilled hotdogs and hamburgers...not sure what I will eat. Probably a hamburger patty with cheese on top. I am making homemade ice cream but I won't eat any. My family doesn't care for it SF and they can tell the difference !!! LOL
