Looks like everyone is off enjoying the holiday so thought I would start it this week, especially since I reached my goal. I had a GREAT week and lost 3 lbs for a total of 100 lbs since my revision.

This has been a weird week for me, craving things I don't even like so it know it's in my head. But I'm also wondering in it's my body's way of telling my I'm missing something I need. Can someone explain to me why I'm gaining when I have a daily calorie deficit of around 1300 calories?!?!
