confession time curiosity killed the cat wow moment
ok confession time I know I should not have done it but today I took off my moonboot (for a stress fracture on my foot )and got on the scale...... I know I should not have but I just could not take it any longer I tell you I killed the cat when it come to curiosity............. anyhow I am no longer obease I am just over weight ! I am so happy to get to this point it has been years and now my goal is getting closer and closer . I am so thankful and very proud of myself.
Ok now the moonboot is back on and I will behave myself , The ortho Dr said last week I can start PT in 2 weeks and he will put me in a small foot brace so atleast I can start swimming again as long as I get a brace to wear in the water and one to wear out of the water... a small price to pay to get back in the water again.
